Engagement mandate
After being recognised as a social and all-democratic enterprise (the term replacing the recognition Local Initiative for Employment Development (PIOW)), Maks vzw also received the mandate for inclusion from Actiris.
This recognition allows us to recruit trainee staff in the new ecosoc jobs (“replacement transfer programme”) while at the same time we can apply for insertion job opportunities offered by the CPAS. To get this recognition, we worked on the hiring plans of the various employees in training at Maks: PC technician, multimedia animator, web designer, desktop publisher, logistics assistant and front desk receptionist. Each newly hired staff member signs the engagement plan linked to his or her function at the start of the contract.
