ROM Works project targets unemployed Roma of Romanian origin and Syrian Doms in Brussels.
Through pathway guidance, language and vocational training, and social integration support, the project helps them take sustainable steps toward employment and social participation. The approach is tailored, culturally sensitive and aimed at breaking through poverty, educational exclusion.
