Jobseekers can contact Maks
Within the Active Job Search (AZW) project, our consultants guide jobseekers towards employment or training. The counselors coach the jobseekers both individually and in groups.
Jobseekers can come to us voluntarily or be referred by other partners and organisations. People seeking counselling must first attend an information session. This gives them a clear picture of the course of individual counselling and Maks’ course offerings. And judge whether our way of working suits them.
After the info session, an initial interview will follow and the jobseeker will be assigned a permanent job coach for 1 year. During counselling, consultants take clients’ autonomy into account. Every counselling is tailor-made. Since group learning works better and since it also allows jobseekers to support each other, Maks AZW organises activity workshops.
